Burt Gershater Keynote Speaker
Recently Arizona River Runners celebrated forty years as a multi-day whitewater rafting adventure specialist to outdoor recreational enthusiasts. Realizing that our business would benefit from an infusion of customer service training, we asked Burt Gershater to conduct an interactive training with employees and management staff.  Burt provided professional, constructive and very personal input and was able to help realign our collective thought patterns to get back to the basics of our business and focus on superior customer service.  Burt insightfully gave each staff member simple yet constructive tools to use in their personal and professional lives in order to respond more respectfully and thoughtfully with our clients and fellow employees. The valuable input will not only influence our day-to-day operations but will have a lasting impact on all of our professional careers.
